Why “LonePine”?

Owner Andrew McCraney has worked as a general contractor and property manager for over 15 years. Fortunate to have had a number of exceptional mentors and teachers, he decided to put his construction skills to work when he noticed just how much maintenance help his family needed as they got older.

Starting with a handyman company in Calgary, Andrew opened “Little Things Done Right”. This business quickly grew and attracted favourable attention. Andrew subsequently partnered with a talented friend and colleague, and LTDR was rebranded as Greenmakers.ca (residential) and FishCreek Restaurations (commercial), both of which survive and thrive in Calgary today.

Family First

The draw of family and Muskoka itself finally pulled Andrew and his family back to the area, where with assistance from trusted partners and family, LonePine was born. Andrew has been spending time in Muskoka for over 40 years, and now proudly calls it home with his wife and three young children.
